Ph.D. WORKSHOP – 5th JULY 2020
On July 5th the PLM Conference will host the 9th Doctoral Workshop on PLM, an occasion specifically defined for Ph.D. students in PLM or BIM topics.
The Doctoral Workshop offers Ph.D. students the possibility to present and discuss, receive feedback, and exchange comments and views on their doctoral research in an inspiring academic community of fellow PhD students, experienced researchers and professors of the IFIP WG 5.1 community.
Each participant is required to submit a research plan.
Each presentation will consist in:
- 3-minutes elevator pitch
- 20-minutes presentation followed by peer review comments and general discussion
Research plan structure
Problem statement and objective of the thesis:
- Theoretical background and research gap
- Research questions
- Methodology and data
- Expected results and contribution to theory and practice
Maximum length: 15 pages. The template is available on the conference website
