Getting There
By Airport Rail Link and BTS Skytrain (Recommended for Convenience)
- Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, follow the signs to the Airport Rail Link (ARL) Suvarnabhumi Station.
- Purchase a ticket for the City Line to Phaya Thai Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes (50 Baht).
- The Sukosol Hotel is a short walk from Phaya Thai Station. Exit the station, and you should be able to see the hotel. The walk takes about 5 minutes.
By Taxi (Recommended for Ease with Luggage or Group Travel)
- Taxis are readily available at the airport. After exiting the arrivals area, follow the signs to the official taxi stand.
- Tell the driver you are going to The Sukosol Hotel, near Phaya Thai BTS station. It’s a well-known hotel, but it’s always a good idea to have the address handy: 477 Si Ayuthaya Road, Phaya Thai, Bangkok.
- The drive to the hotel typically takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic (approx. 300 Baht + 50 Baht airport charge).
- Note: Ensure the official taxi stand to avoid overcharging.
By Hotel Shuttle (advance booking)
- The Sukosol hotels offer a shuttle service from the airport. Contact hotel in advance to inquire about this service and make a reservation.
Using a Ride-Hailing App
- Services like Grab are popular in Bangkok. You can book a ride from the airport to the hotel using the app on your smartphone.
